Experience the freshness of farm life.

Hopwood Estate is a working farm where hosts Sean and Jinyan practice permaculture and regenerative farming on the 20 acre property.

A full farm experience can be arranged for guests. Meet and interact with the farm animals including goats (Poppy, Birdie and Nora), sheep (Kath, Kim, Sharon and Lulu), alpaca (Antonio), chickens, ducks and working sheep dogs (Ruby, Jade and Mumu).

With seasonal farm life there may be opportunities to experience goats being milked, the orchard being harvested, playing with baby goats and lambs, or daily feeding of the chickens and ducks. Sean and Jinyan also train their border collies to herd sheep on the property. This is when you can witness these muster dogs brilliantly working with the sheep, a unique farm life experience.

Or, you can just relax, and breathe in the fresh crisp air of being in the country.
